About BionicBands
BionicBands publishes practical guides to training with resistance bands. We base exercise guidance on public-health sources like the CDC and HHS guidelines and on reputable medical references. We do not claim to have tested the products we link to.
BionicBands is an independent site operated by Greenfield Ventures Corp. Questions or corrections? Use our contact page.
How we research
- Each guide is built from public-health and exercise sources such as the CDC and the American College of Sports Medicine, and manufacturer specifications, and we link those sources in the text so you can check them yourself.
- Guides are researched and drafted with AI-assisted tools, then checked against the linked sources before publishing. We do not invent reviews, testimonials, ratings or statistics.
- When rules, fees or prices change, we update the page. If you spot something out of date, tell us and we will fix it.
- Some links are affiliate links; see our affiliate disclosure. Affiliate relationships never decide what we recommend.
